Functions:
Locate and Track
On receipt of GPS signal, the GTD calculates the object's position, time and
velocity which can be transferred to the SC in a certain interval. And the
sending interval is settable.
Urgent Button
The driver can send help alarm with an urgent button installed snugly when
meets hijack or failure. And with a displayer, the status would be changed
from 'normal' to a special symbol like ' x ', which means the alarm has been
sent out successfully. After that, the GTD would send the alarm information
continually and the SC would record the voice in the vehicle until the operator
cancels the alarm.
If the GTD is connected to the "Guard Against Theft and Alarm System", the
alarm from which would be sent to SC by SMS or GPRS so that the operator
can track the vehicle and dial to the driver or the local EMC.
The alarm would not be delayed even if the display is destroyed.
Remote Control
SC operator can turn on or turn off the GTD by sending a command. The SC
operator can cut off the vehicle's electricity and gas by remote control under
low speed when necessary (damage).
Parameters Settable
Parameters of GTD are settable with certain privilege by SC operator.
Lead the Driver
When meets strange environment, with the telephone keys on the displayer,
the driver can ask for the SC operator whom can lead the drive with a digital
map to the destination.
Store Data
It's capable of storing data logs if a GSM signal is unavailable and would send
the stored data when GSM signal is available.
Taxi Price-Meter Interface
The GTD has an interface to the taxi price-meter so as the operator can get
the status of the taxi including mileage, whether is loaded and so on in time.
Such information can be sent in special time or distance interval or according
to the operator's inquiry.
